We are back

Good morning all I hope you are all well and safe during this challenging time for us all. This email is to remind you how important you are to me and all of Cardiff North Taekwon Do School, and to tell you how much we have missed you. It is with great excitement that we are starting back face 2 face training this Wednesday at the Heath Sports and Social Club. This will be the first time we have been able to get together and catch up. It would be so special to see you, if you can please come along and catch up. Class times for Wednesday has not changed, 6pm til 8pm. All are welcome. Sunday Times have changed temporarily to 1.30pm to 2pm junior only. 2pm to 3.30pm all together 3.30pm to 4pm seniors. All safeguarding measures will be in place with your safety in mind. Entrance will be via the fire exit near the bar with a one way system. Challenging rooms are temporarily unavailable. Doboks are to be covered coming to class and on leaving. Face masks are to be worn coming into class and on leaving. Numbers will be managed as with the training in line with government guidelines and in accordance with the British Taekwon Do Council stipulations. Please make every effort. This is an opportunity to move forward together to benefit each other through Taekwon Do, physically and mentally. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact me.
