It is now confirmed that there will be an additional training session once a month on a Thursday - details to follow.

• Fund Raising - Our fund raising efforts for our adopted charity for 2009 / 2010 ( Cardiff and Vale Alzheimers Society) continued with the Snail Racing Evening and raised a huge wedge of money.

• Royal National Institute for the Deaf - CNTKD carry out a demonstration and introduction to self defence for the RNID at the Village Hotel, many thanks to Mel, Mark, Ben and Mr Johns. (6.6.10)

• Grand Masters visit - We were all recently honoured by a visit from Senior Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha O.C.M. This was a very special day and an acknowledgement of eveyones hard work.
